While seemingly overshadowed by Gears of War 2 and Resistance 2, due out later this year on the 360 and PS3 respectively, Killzone 2 was recently pushed back to February probably to keep it out of the wake of these two Titanics.
Gears is of course of one of the most anticipated 360 titles of the year, and Resistance and its 60 player online gameplay should be equally exciting come November.
Killzone 2 will hopefully hold its own come February in this battle of the console shooter sequels. Not much is known about the multiplayer yet, though the graphics are looking pretty stellar. Sony is banking on this being one of the key Playstation 3 games so you can be assured with them publishing it they will be pressuring Guerrilla Games to put out a quality shooter.
