Bill Skarsgård Cast as Lead in Kojima's Physint, Confirmed Xbox Exclusive

Hideo Kojima took the stage at Xbox's Tokyo Game Show 2026 broadcast to deliver a flood of news about Physint, his stealth-action spiritual successor to Metal Gear Solid. The biggest reveal: Bill Skarsgård, best known for his chilling turns as Pennywise in It and the title role in Nosferatu, will lead the cast of the game. Skarsgård had been glimpsed in earlier promotional material without official confirmation, and fans can now put a name to the mysterious figure who has been haunting Physint's trailers.
